For all planned cases, Customer service executive shall inform you a day prior on date and time of arrival.
- Treat the patient with respect and dignity at all times.
- Respect the patients’ cultural, psychosocial, spiritual, and personal values and beliefs.
- Provide all information regarding the identity and professional status of his/her treating physician and how to contact him/her.
- Respect the patients’ need for privacy and avoid exposing any private parts unnecessarily during treatment.
- Respect patients’ right for pain assessment and management.
- Ensure complete patient confidentiality by never discussing the patient in public and not revealing the patient’s name or any information about their illness, nor publicizing any information.
- Do not neglect patients’ demands and needs, and respect their right to complain.
- Allow patients to submit verbal or written complaints or proposals with no effect on access to care or quality of care provided.
- Protect patients from verbal abuse by physicians, nurses, or any other staff.
- Provide the patient with a complete medical report and accurate check-up results when requested.
- Truthfully inform the patient when his/her needs exceed the facility’s capability for care.
- Patient has the right to take a second opinion in this clinic or any other healthcare facility.
- The facility provides appropriate protection for vulnerable patients such as infants, children, disabled individuals, and the elderly.
- Patient has the right to receive a clear explanation of any procedure or treatment and sign necessary informed consent before any surgical or diagnostic procedures.
- Equal treatment is provided to all patients.
- Estimated cost of treatment is informed in advance.
- Protect patients from physical abuse or abduction.
- Disabled patients and those with special needs are provided with necessary assistance.
- Right to be informed about the outcome of care, including significant adverse events and unanticipated negative clinical outcomes, if any.
