For all planned cases, Customer service executive shall inform you a day prior on date and time of arrival.
- Follow the rules and regulations of the medical centre and treat staff and other patients with dignity and respect, and not conduct any activity that will disrupt clinic operations.
- Provide complete and accurate information including full name, address, telephone number, date of birth, insurance details, and employer details whenever necessary.
- Provide accurate and complete information concerning present complaints, past medical history, allergies, hospitalization, medications, and other matters related to health.
- Follow the treatment plan advised by the physician, including instructions of nurses and other healthcare professionals as they carry out the physician’s orders.
- Show consideration for the needs of other patients, especially where their needs are greater.
- Be respectful of the privacy of others and the property of the medical centre.
- Patients are responsible for their own actions if they refuse treatment or physician advice.
- Respect the clinic’s NON-SMOKING ZONE policy.
- Assure that financial obligations of patient care are fulfilled as per clinic policies.
- Follow instructions for designated parking areas for the convenience of others.
